Meeting Attendance

To receive credit for attendance at a meeting, the member must be present for at least 60 percent of the time scheduled for such meeting. Attendance by proxy is not permitted.

Club Meeting Participation Credit Opportunities

One member participation credit shall be given for personal attendance at the following meetings or activities during the calendar month or seven days immediately preceding or following the month that a club meeting is missed:

1. Regular Meeting
2. Round Table Meeting
3. Special Meeting
4. Club Board Meeting
5. Club Committee Meeting
6. Club Project
7. International, District or Division Convention, Conference or formally scheduled meeting
8. International, District, or Division Board Meeting
9. Traveling to or from International or District Convention or Conference
10. Kiwanis Family Function
11. Sponsored Programs
12. Office Visits to International Office, Regional Service Center or District Office
13. Jury Duty
